The Shipping and Return Policy is incorporated into and subject to the Terms and Conditions, available for your review. PLEASE READ THIS SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY CAREFULLY BEFORE ORDERING THE PRODUCTS.
Before checkout, you will be able to read the Terms and Conditions and this Shipping and Return Policy, and shall expressly accept them by checking the box provided for this purpose.
All prices are shown in US dollars. Any import duties, taxes or fees are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer. The shipping costs will be calculated depending on shipping destination.
There are two shipping methods:
Express Eco Post (Selected Countries): Shipping costs ranging from $14.90 to $20.90 or Free Shipping over $150 purchase (estimated delivery time 5-7 business days after dispatching)
Express Via EMS: Shipping costs ranging from $33.10 to $57.10 (estimated delivery time 3-5 business days after dispatching)
Order Confirmation Emails
We will send you a confirmation email upon receiving your order within our online store’s system. The price indicated in the confirmation of your order is the final price. The payment itself will not be considered final until after actual receipt of funds by Liberalex. If you didn’t receive the confirmation email, please contact our online sales department by e-mail with your order number.
Dispatching the Orders
Online orders received before 16:00/4:00 PM local time are dispatched the same day, where practical, and we aim to fulfil all orders within 24 hours, except on weekends and public holidays. We process, ship, and deliver packages Sunday through Thursday. At this time, we do not offer shipping or delivery on Friday, Saturday, or public holidays.
Your order may be delayed if your shipping address is different from your billing address (we use this additional time to help ensure the security of your credit information).
Shipping Confirmation Emails
We will send you a shipping confirmation email when all or part of your order is shipped. This email is sent after the package is shipped out of our warehouse. The email will include the Eco Post/EMS tracking number. You will be sent a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number for every shipment.
In Cases of ‘Temporarily Out of Stock’
If one or more items is out of stock, we will contact you with an offer to choose another item instead; or receive a credit for the missing item. Our shipping confirmation emails will let you know what part of your order has been shipped.
Tracking Your Order
You can check the status of your order anytime in Track Order under My Account header of the site. We will also keep you updated on your order status via email.
Purchase Cancellation Policy
The order may only be cancelled prior to the shipment of products out of our warehouse. In case the client requests to cancel an order he/she shall be charged for the cancellation/refund charge of the payment provider. In case the client’s payment provider does not permit refunds, Liberalex will not be able to credit him/her in that method.
We at Liberalex do our best to give you the best products possible, however if there is a problem with one of our products you can contact us regarding it up to 30 days from receiving the product.
Because of the nature of our products we do not issue satisfaction guarantee returns. All sales are final and no returns can be accepted. Gift cards are non-returnable.
Defective Items Return
For any non-complaint product, you should contact Liberalex Customer Service via the Contact Us page. Returns can only be made once authorized by Customer Services.
The allegedly non-compliant product(s) must be returned in the original packaging with a copy of the invoice to Liberalex Ltd., P.O. Box 9616, Yokneam Illit 2069226, Israel. We suggest sending via registered or insured post so the parcel can be traced.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
On receipt of the allegedly non-compliant product(s), Liberalex will perform a test of the product(s). If the non-compliant nature of the product(s) is confirmed, Liberalex will then reimburse a customer for the non-compliant product(s) within a maximum of thirty (30) days from receipt of the non-compliant product(s). The credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. We are happy to refund postage costs if the item is defective or sent due to our error.
