1Does Liberalex have a policy regarding chemical ingredients in products? For example, parabens or mineral oils.

Yes. We have a “NO List” of ingredients we will not use in our products: silicon, SLES and SLS, salts, parabens or mineral oils.

We systematically give priority to natural ingredients whenever possible. For example, we use natural oils in place of mineral oils, as they have a better affinity with the skin. However to ensure that our products offer optimum safety and effectiveness, we may use synthetic molecules when no reliable and effective natural alternative exists, while always erring on the side of caution.

2Does your company do animal testing?
Liberalex does not test on animals.

All Liberalex products are vegan friendly
4How can I receive information about a product?
Once you have located the product you wish to purchase, you can click on the name of the product or its picture. This will take you directly to the product page. On this page you can find the description of the product and directions of use. If the information provided is not sufficient, please send a query to info@liberalex.com.
5Where do you deliver?

Liberalex ships all over the world. To view the full list of countries/locations we ship to, click here for International Shipping & Delivery. Shipping charges, delivery options & carriers vary depending on your ship-to country or location.

Due to certain labeling, product content and embargo restrictions, we currently do not ship all products to all destinations. You'll receive a message during Checkout, if you've placed a restricted item in your Cart. We'll prompt you to remove it or change your shipping method / address, if applicable.

6How I use my promotional code?
  1. Go to "My Cart".
  2. Enter your promotional code in the box located below your Cart and click "Apply coupon".
  3. Check that the promotion has been properly applied to your Cart.
If you get an error message, please check that you have only one promotion per transaction; and that they are not combined with other promotions or discounts.
7Can I send my order as a gift?

Yes! Simply take a look at our gift selection and choose from a wide selection of our ready to go gift sets, or you can put your own gift together with a selection of products of your choice.

You can also add a gift message and send it straight to the recipient! Simply choose "Ship to a different address" option at the checkout and add your message in the "Order notes" field.

8Do you provide samples?
We provide free samples when they are available, but we can't guarantee they will be included with all orders.
9Can I save items in My Cart and return to them later?
Your chosen products will remain in your Cart for a few days. However the products are not reserved until you reach the checkout process. Therefore we cannot guarantee that they will still be available to purchase.
10When will my order arrive?

Eco post service (Eco post): Europe 5-7 days, United States 5-7 days, Australia 10-12 days.

Express Mail service (EMS): 3-5 days.

*Excluding processing time prior to shipment, weekends and national and international holidays.
11What is your return policy?

Because of the nature of our products we do not issue satisfaction guarantee returns.

You may return the defective product within 30 days of its receipt, dependent upon the return of the product to the company in its original packaging intact and under the condition it is entirety without damage or any flaw excluding minimal use to discover the defect. You will be refunded the full amount of shipping costs.

You can rest assured that your personal details remain confidential and we do not share our database or pass on details to other companies. For further information please review our Privacy Policy.
13Why do I need to enter my email address?
Liberalex uses your email address as a means of identification, as this is totally unique to you. We will email you information about the status of your order, special offers and more.
