Your Account
All users create an account when they place an order with Liberalex.com and are automatically enrolled into our loyalty program. A user’s account is recognized by the email address first used to place their order. Users must notify us if their email address changes so we can transfer their loyalty discount and other relevant information to their new account.
Each account holder has the ability to register their account to access account management features such as checking order histories or leaving product reviews. Access to these features requires a password. It is the user’s responsibility to create a strong password; keep their password confidential and change their password if they believe it has been revealed to a third party.
The user is responsible for all actions on the user’s account and for maintaining their personal information accurately. If you are under 18, you may use Liberalex.com only with involvement of a parent or guardian.
When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card (or other payment method) used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.

To enable you to learn about products offered for sale on Liberalex.com before ordering, Liberalex.com has the essential characteristics of the products and describes, in particular, the specifications and useful indications of size, implementation and/or scent of the products. The selection and order of a product placed by you is made under your sole responsibility. *Please note that certain products may not be available for order in your country.
Order Cancellation
Liberalex reserves the right to cancel any sale if it turns out that an exceptional human error or technical errors were made during the presentation of a product and/or price, payment terms etc. In such case, an appropriate message will be sent to the email address provided by you upon registration. Liberalex shall not be liable for error notice of your e-mail address if the e-mail address provided by you was incorrect or in the event of a technical failure.
Liberalex reserves the right to cancel any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute over payment of a previous order. You agree to provide accurate information and to check before ordering.
Discounts and Gifts
Gifts may be offered depending on the products purchased. These gifts are listed on the pages of the products or personalized offers sent to you.
Discounts, promotional codes, gifts or vouchers are valid within the dates of expiry as mentioned on Liberalex.com or on personalized offer sent to you, either in the email accompanying the description of the special offer, and within the limits of available in stock.
If you are entitled to gifts you must ensure that they appear properly in your order. If this is not the case, you should contact the customer service on Liberalex.com.
You cannot claim for any compensation for the reduction or if you refuse gifts offered to you. Gifts are not guaranteed, returned or exchanged.
Applicable Law
By visiting Liberalex.com, you agree that the laws of the state of Israel, without giving effect to any principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Terms and Conditions. Liberalex reserves the right to make changes to its site and these disclaimers, terms and conditions at any time.
